Greg was excellent in all aspects of preparing for the trip, getting all our paper work completed, meeting deadlines with regard to payment, answering the many questions we had and recommending transportation. This was our first cruise and we had so many questions. He patiently answered all our inquiries and was good at getting back to us immediately. I cannot imagine going on a cruise without Greg helping us. With his outstanding service we had peace of mind as we began our trip. We were traveling with classmates from college and he made arrangements for us to meet in two places on the ship. The trip was excellent as we visited with classmates and enjoyed the water, scenery, the excursions and the excellent amenities of the ship.
